Primeiro, não cumpriram com o dia da entrega.e não deram a menor satisfação.
Em seguida, mandaram o meu creme q só eram 10 Gr em um tubo cumprido e sem o canudo de plástico para expelir o produto,oi seja, não saia nada ao ejetar . Vou ter q ir lá para resolver mais esse problema. Não indico essa loja!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Ninguém atende o telefone fixo da loja. Depois que faz o pedido pelo whatssap e paga via transferência ninguém lhe responde mais no whatssap.
Terrible attendance! Nobody answers the store's landline. After you place the order via whatssap and pay via transfer, no one responds to you on whatssap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento !!! Enviei uma msg pelo WhatsApp pedindo orçamento de umas vitaminas as 11:50 da manhã ..SOMENTE as 16:20h vieram perguntar meu nome..(????).. Se disponibilizam este tipo de atendimento porque não dão a devida atenção ?! Melhor não ter e ficar com o convencional por telefone ou presencial.
Não obstante, me passaram um orçamento sem nome dos produtos (havia pedidos 3 vitaminas)... só com codigos internos e valor..(???)..pareciam respostas automáticas..
Gente que é isso?!?! ..Se no primeiro contato já vejo uma falta de atenção ao cliente..não tem retorno de comunicação nem nada..já entendo que deve ser uma empresa desorganizada e por consequência de credibilidade duvidosa nos seus produtos..

If you provide this type of service, why don't you give it due attention? ! Better not to have and stay with the conventional by phone or in person.
However, they gave me a budget without a name for the products (there were orders for 3 vitamins) ... only with internal codes and value.
People what is this?!?! ..If in the first contact I already see a lack of attention to the customer..it has no return on communication or anything..I already understand that it must be a disorganized company and as a result of doubtful credibility in its products ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inicial muito bom, porém pouca preocupação com a medicação na entrega. O pote veio super quente. Seguramente o motoboy já estava na rua circulando com entregas há muito tempo sem o acondicionamento adequado. Ainda que não necessite refrigeração, o próprio medicamento levava a indicação para proteger da luz, calor e umidade. Obviamente a eficácia da medicação será algo impactada pelo descuido.

Surely the motoboy had been out on the street for a long time with deliveries without the proper packaging. Although it does not require refrigeration, the medication itself carried the indication to protect from light, heat and humidity. Obviously the effectiveness of the medication will be somewhat impacted by carelessness.
