★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles salvaram o meu computador. Tive um problema com um atendimento domiciliar e eles ajeitaram tudo. Demorou um pouco na análise, mas o meu computador possuía vários problemas. A fan da minha placa de vídeo estava fazendo um barulho, dois slots de ram da placa mãe estavam comprometidos e o HD uma bagunça. Estou reorganizando tudo de novo, mas meu pc está completamente funcional agora. Os técnicos são realmente muito bons, mas os atendentes são extremamente simpáticos e gentis. Voltarei sempre que precisar.
 They saved my computer. I had a problem with home care and they fixed everything. It took a while to analyze, but my computer had several problems. My video card fan was making a noise, two ram slots on the motherboard were compromised and the HD was a mess. I'm rearranging everything again, but my pc is fully functional now. The technicians are really good, but the attendants are extremely friendly and kind. I will come back whenever I need to.

Troquei informações do meu aparelho e do produto que procurava e o vendedor Nilton foi super solicito em me ajudar. Por fim, eu preferir receber o produto no local que eu estava por conta da falta de disponibilidade de ir na loja.

Porém a grande motivação desta avaliação é o compromisso deles com o cliente, pois o computador ficou retido no Sefaz para a cobrança do imposto estadual aqui da PB, e tanto o vendedor como o gerente se propuseram fizeram tudo que esteve ao seu alcance para que o notebook fosse liberado o quanto antes. Fora a venda que foi de uma agilidade incrível, o objet o foi postado no mesmo dia da compra. InfoStore 100% confiável ????????
If I could give 10 stars this would definitely be my review. I'm from Campina Grande - PB and I bought a Dell notebook from them, the seller Nilton is very attentive and super helpful. However, the main motivation for this evaluation is their commitment to the customer, as the computer was held back at Sefaz for the collection of state tax here in PB, and both the seller and the manager proposed to do everything in their power to ensure that the notebook was released as soon as possible. Apart from the sale, which was incredibly agile, the object was posted on the same day as the purchase. InfoStore 100% reliable ????????

Precisava comprar um PC para meu filho mas não sabia por onde começar. Com uma troca de mensagens rápida o Moabi (gente boa!) entendeu a minha necessidade e montou um setup muito equilibrado e bom custo-beneficio.
Além disso, a montagem foi super rápida. O Franque (técnico) entregou em menos de 24hrs após a confirmação do pagamento.
Na loja o Moabi e o Joilson mandaram muito bem no atendimento e ainda me ajudaram na escolha dos periféricos, que de início eu nem iria levar mas fecharam o setup com chave de ouro.

Very satisfied with Infostore. Service note 10!!
I needed to buy a PC for my son but didn't know where to start. With a quick exchange of messages, Moabi (nice people!) understood my need and set up a very balanced and cost-effective setup.
Also, assembly was super quick. Franque (technician) delivered in less than 24 hours after payment confirmation.
In the store, Moabi and Joilson did very well in the service and even helped me in choosing the peripherals, which at first I wouldn't even take but they closed the setup with a golden key.
