★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar. Passaram o mesmo valor duas vezes no meu cartão. Disseram que se não estornar eu tenho que ligar pra resolver. Se o lugar tem uma máquina de cartão o todo problema tem que ser resolvido com o estabelecimento. Experiência pessima
 Bad place. They spent the same amount twice on my card. They said that if I don't go back I have to call to resolve it. If the place has a card machine the whole problem has to be solved with the establishment. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma troca do material que sobrou, conforme orientação do vendedor, sendo que a mesma não teria custo nenhum e simplesmente me cobraram a mais alegando aumento, sendo que foi de um dia para o outro. Questionando o valor, os vendedores te tratam de forma ríspida sem nenhum interesse em agradar o cliente e ainda causando constrangimento. O atendimento é feito com pressa parecendo que estamos fazendo um favor em comprar na loja. Não recomendo, mesmo com a política de ter preços melhores, claro os produtos não tem qualidade.
I went to make an exchange of the material that was left over, according to the salesperson's guidance, since it would have no cost and they simply charged me the most claiming an increase, being that it was overnight. Questioning the value, salespeople treat you harshly with no interest in pleasing the customer and still causing embarrassment. The service is done in a hurry looking like we are doing a favor in buying at the store. I do not recommend, even with the policy of having better prices, of course the products do not have quality.

Excelente atendimento, meus parabéns com certeza iremos voltar.
