★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento ,nas luminárias fica devendo,e na troca não quiseram trocar uma peça que veio quebrada e eletricista não percebeu na hora .não indico ,perdeu eu como cliente .
Good service, the fixtures are due, and in exchange they did not want to change a part that came broken and the electrician did not notice at the time. I do not indicate, I lost as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fiz uma compra no dia 12/06 prometeu de entregar até o dia 17/06, vei me entregar no dia 22/06 a metade da mercadoria, a outra metade iam me entregar no dia 24/06 só que a mercadoria não chegou. Eu estou puto com isso, vende promete e não cumpri, não gostei e quem eu souber que vai na Ricardo vou empedir.
Lousy service, I made a purchase on 06/12 promised to deliver by 06/17, I came to deliver on 06/22 half of the goods, the other half were going to deliver me on 06/24 but the goods did not has arrived. I'm pissed about it, sells promises and didn't keep them, I didn't like it and whoever I know is going to Ricardo, I'm going to quit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive novamente mesa loja no sábado, dia 06/06/2020, para comprar uma resistência de chuveiro Lorenzetti jet turbo 220/7500w. Liguei de antemão para saber do produto e fui elegantemente atendido pelo Sr. Marques que afirmou ter o produto.... ótimo....me desloquei até a loja. Cheguei às 11:50 minutos exatos, entrei numa pequena fila de aproximadamente 6 pessoas , as 11:55 um dos funcionários , sujeito barbudo , cabelos negros , nitidamente jovem de estereótipo sertanejo universitário, se dirigiu a mim " o último da fila" e disse que eu deveria me retirar porque só atenderiam aqueles que já estavam ali esperando. Ali na frente , ou atrás , de meia dúzia de pessoas esse rapaz me expulsou de dentro da loja alegando que seu horário de trabalho já havia estrapolado... Meio sem reação tentei explicar que o meu produto já estava separado pelo Sr. Marquês e que eu iria apenas pegar e pagar, contudo mesmo dando as devida satisfação o mesmo insistiu grosseiramente para que eu me retirasse da loja....só depois de muita insistência o Sr. Marques apareceu , me identificou e afirmou que meu produto estava já separado e me aguardava.... conclusão : como é possível um funcionário tentar a todo ímpeto expulsar um cliente que encontra-se dentro da loja!!?? Como uma loja renomada que eu sou cliente há mais de 20 anos permite esse tipo de abordagem ao cliente??!!..será mesmo que o comércio da nossa cidade está retornando a era medieval onde o respeito ao cliente é desnecessário???!!!....fica a dica aos clientes e lojistas , precisamos sim de bons produtos porém sem bom atendimento não é o suficiente.
I was again desk Store on Saturday 06.06.2020, to buy a shower Lorenzetti resistance jet turbo 220 / 7500w. I called ahead of time to find out about the product and I was elegantly attended to by Mr. Marques, who said he had the product .... great .... I went to the store. I arrived at exactly 11:50 minutes, I entered a small line of approximately 6 people, at 11:55 one of the employees, a bearded guy, with black hair, clearly young of a university countryman stereotype, addressed me "the last in line" and said that I should leave because only those who were there waiting would attend. There, in front, or behind, of half a dozen people, this boy kicked me out of the store, claiming that his working hours had already been staggered ... Halfway through, I tried to explain that my product was already separated by Mr. Marquis and that I would just pick it up and pay, even though I gave due satisfaction, he rudely insisted that I withdraw from the store .... only after much insistence did Mr. Marques appear, identify me and affirm that my product was already separated and waiting for me .... conclusion: how is it possible for an employee to try at all impulses to expel a customer who is inside the store !! ?? As a renowned store that I have been a customer for more than 20 years allows this type of approach to the customer ?? !! .. will it really be that the commerce of our city is returning to the medieval era where respect for the customer is unnecessary ???! !! .... the tip is for customers and shopkeepers, we do need good products but without good service it is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima minha experiência. A atendente de caixa Amanda, pessoa muito desagradável e mau educada. Sou construtor e certamente jamais retornarei a está loja, simplesmente pelo péssimo atendimento.
Terrible my experience. The cashier Amanda, a very unpleasant and rude person. I am a builder and I will certainly never return to this store, simply because of the poor service.
