★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei essa empresa pois estavamos sem energia devido um serviço malfeito por outros "profissionais", chamamos uma emergência as 10 da noite, ele respondeu com prontidão, resolveu nosso problema a noite, e no próximo dia voltou e fez outros serviços pois diagnosticou outros problemas.
Quem nos atendeu foi o michael, rapaz muito simpático e honesto.
Recomendo essa empresa, ficamos felizes com o trabalho deles.
I hired this company because we were out of power due to a bad service by other "professionals", we called an emergency at 10 pm, he responded promptly, solved our problem at night, and the next day he came back and did other services because he diagnosed other problems.
Who attended us was michael, a very nice and honest guy.
I recommend this company, we were happy with their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência ruim com essa empresa em especial um dos sócios (Michael). O serviço foi refazer toda a instalação elétrica do meu Apto (custo total de uns R$ 9000 Material e serviço) 1- Não terminaram no prazo de 7 dias (1 mês depois ainda estou com pendencias). 2 - Não entregaram na forma combinada (alguns circuitos ainda misturados, circuitos não totalmente tubulados no forros). 3 - tomadas de decisão sem consultar o cliente; 4 - parcelamento do serviço no cartão sem apresentar os valores doa juros exorbitantes que me fez fazer um empréstimo consignado no final; 5 - costuma culpar todo mundo que não seja a empresa por erros da empresa; 6 - Não tem bom trato com cliente. Deixo claro que algumas pessoas que se esforçaram tentaram compensar essa visão (Itamar). Tenho certeza que esse comentário será contra-argumentado pois é perfil de um dos sócios não se retratar ou reconhecer o erro, e sim colocar a culpa em todo mundo. Já estou preparado para a tréplica.
I had a bad experience with this company, especially one of the partners (Michael). The service was to redo the entire electrical installation of my Apartment (total cost of about R$ 9000 Material and service) 1- They did not finish within 7 days (1 month later I still have pending issues). 2 - They did not deliver in the combined form (some circuits still mixed, circuits not fully piped in the ceilings). 3 - decision making without consulting the client; 4 - installment of the service on the card without presenting the amounts donated at exorbitant interest that made me take out a payroll loan at the end; 5 - usually blames everyone other than the company for company mistakes; 6 - Does not have good customer service. I make it clear that some people who made an effort tried to compensate for this vision (Itamar). I'm sure this comment will be counter-argued because it's the profile of one of the partners not to recant or recognize the mistake, but to put the blame on everyone. I'm already prepared for the rejoinder.
