Tenho essa internet a 10 meses, NÃO RECOMENDO essa empresa, sem contar que moro em um prédio com 40 apartamentos e meus vizinhos também estão odiando esse serviço.
Solução: MUDAR DE EMPRESA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale o preço, internet é relativamente boa mas oscila muito e pós-venda é péssimo. Se o cabo da rede quebrar em alguma região da cidade, você vai ficar sem internet por algumas horas/dias.
No dia que quis efetuar o cancelamento nem respeitaram datas/horários e derrubaram meu sinal durante o horário de trabalho não aguardando o fim do expediente.
Worth the price, internet is relatively good but it fluctuates a lot and after-sales is terrible. If the network cable breaks in any region of the city, you will be without internet for a few hours / days.
On the day I wanted to cancel, neither did they respect dates / times and dropped my signal during working hours, not waiting for the end of the working day.
