★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando uma empresa adota uma filosofia de que é o cliente que precisa dela e não ela do cliente, algo não vai bem, todas as vezes que precisei comprar algo lá me sinto como se tivessem me fazendo um favor, os preços ali a muito deixaram de ser bons, o atendimento parece direcionado a meia dúzia de conhecidos, você passa muito tempo pra ser atendido, falta de vontade é notável, não há um bom dia ou como posso ajuda lo, penso que os atendentes vendedores lá partem da premissa que o cliente que entra lá conhece o estoque sabe de tudo que tem lá, são expertes em eletricidade não tentam ajudar não se dispõe a esclarecer nada, tem uma seção de ferramentas e alguns produtos outros que pra cada um que comprar lá da pra comprar três em outro lugar. Em resumo típica empresa de jauense provinciano antiquado . Mas tudo tem fim ou se adaptaram ou sofreram a chegada de novas empresas novas filosofias que Deus ilumine a mente tacanha do proprietário e ele mude a tempo, só vou lá em último caso se não encontrar em outro lugar.
