★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionária e técnico muito sem educação, levei um aparelho pra conserto e voltou com uma peça solta, foram ambos de muita grosseria e quando levei o aparelho de volta disseram não poderiam fazer nada, e nem se quer propuseram arrumar... Pessoas que não deveriam trabalhar com o público

Como não estou em busca de delicadeza mas de eficiência e honestidade, altamente recomendo essa empresa que uso sempre, há muitos anos e é isso: um pouco ríspidos mas corretos e efecientes, não trocam peças desnecessárias, não iludem dizendo que tenha conserto o que não tem, devolvem rapidamente, cobram preço justo. Só não pode ser de louça pra lidar com eles.
Lhaneza may not be the company's postcard, but efficiency and honesty are. As I am not looking for delicacy but for efficiency and honesty, I highly recommend this company that I have always used for many years and that is it: a little harsh but correct and effective, do not exchange unnecessary parts, do not deceive me saying that I have fixed what have, return quickly, charge fair price.
