★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Microondas ainda está lá e estou esperando as repostas via Whatsapp, mas o tempo de resposta no app e enorme, cerca de 5 horas como podem ver nos prints abaixo e ao invés de responder os questionamentos solicitados, o atendente quer corrigir meu texto e ainda o fez de forma equivocada (também nos prints) e agora perguntas básicas que são garantia do serviço e prazo eu não tenho...
E por esse comportamento que parece ser uma birra ou infantil, ou ser for esse mesmo a SLA de reposta (5 horas) é de muita ineficiência tenho receio de deixar meu aparelho para ser ajustado lá.

And because of this behavior that seems to be a tantrum or childish, or even if that is the response SLA (5 hours) is very inefficient, I'm afraid to leave my device to be adjusted there.
