★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem o mínimo interesse em tratar o cliente de modo adequado e diferenciado. Deixei 02 aparelhos para fazer orçamento de conserto e disseram que iam me ligar. Passou 04 dias e ninguém me ligou, contatei a loja me disseram que era para esperar que ate 07 dias entravam em contato.
Chegou 07 dias não ligaram e contatei de novo e agora vieram com a historia que era falta de peças pelo covid 19 e não tinham previsão de passar um simples orçamento!
Retirei os equipamentos da loja e fui em outro local e em 01 dia, vão me passar o orçamento!!
Lamentável, haver ainda estab. comercial sem tratar o cliente como se deve!
He has no interest in treating the customer properly and differently. I left 02 devices to make a repair budget and said they would call me. 04 days passed and nobody called me, I contacted the store and they told me it was to wait until 07 days they would contact me.
It arrived 07 days did not call and contacted again and now came with the story that it was missing parts by covid 19 and had no forecast to spend a simple budget!
I removed the equipment from the store and went to another location and in 01 day, they will give me the budget !!
Unfortunately, there is still a commercial without treating the customer as he should!
