★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonei com antecedência para saber de determinado produto. O atendente disse que havia chegado. Me desloquei por 10 km para comprar, mas não tinha o produto e o sujeito que me havia atendido tinha saido para almoçar. Valeu somente pela educação da funcionária que me recebeu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era bom que tivessem o minimo de respeito pelo cliente e quando atendessem não desligassem na cara do cliente, creio que esteja precisando de um coordenador de atendimento responsável e colaboradores qualificados que saibam atender o cliente de verdade, uma vergonha para uma empresa desse porte fazer isso com o cliente, entrei em contato duas vezes e as duas a mesma coisa.
