Infelizmente o profissional interpretou a mensagem acima com uma "ameaça". Estava informando apenas que estava fazendo os testes óbvios e necessários, para comprovar que o conserto teve sucesso. Por questão de tempo de teste e falta de paciência do referido profissional o mesmo posta uma resposta, áspera e rude, dizendo que eu o havia ameaçado...lamentável e desastroso este tipo de trato com o cliente...Não recomendo.
