★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e serviço duvidoso, não atendem telefone, nunca tem alguém para te atender na loja. Agem de má fé colocando defeito onde não tem para te fazer trocar uma peça cara. Acreditem, aconteceu comigo, falaram que tinha que trocar uma peça de 450 reais de uma air fryer, a minha sorte é que eles são tão enrolados que me fizeram desistir do serviço. Outra vez deixei uma TV para fazer orçamento e sumiram com a proteção de isopor da caixa original. Um desserviço à população de Teófilo Otoni.
Terrible service and dubious service, they don't answer the phone, there's never someone to meet you in the store. They act in bad faith, placing defects where they don't have to make you change an expensive piece. Believe me, it happened to me, they said I had to exchange a 450 reais part of an air fryer, my luck is that they are so messed up that they made me give up the job. Another time I left a TV to make a budget and they disappeared with the Styrofoam protection of the original box. A disservice to the population of Teófilo Otoni.
