★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,moro em outra cidade conversei por um atendente pelo telefone fiz a encomenda ,me mandaram a arte ,tudo certo,cheguei na cidade um pouco mais cedo ,já que eu tinha ido somente para buscar os carimbos ,era por volta de de 10h ,uma moça mal se levantou e disse ,não está pronto ,esta marcado para 11:30,respeitando o horário ,fiquei na cidade aguardando ,quando foi 11:15 liguei pra perguntar se estavam prontos,e a resposta foi "o rapaz que faz o carimbo não veio hoje",falta de profissionalismo ,não indico a ninguém ,experiência péssima.Cancelei,e vou procurar um lugar que realmente realize o trabalho de forma com excelência .
Bad service, I live in another city, I talked to an attendant on the phone, I made the order, they sent me the art, all right, I arrived in the city a little earlier, since I had only gone to get the stamps, it was around 10 am , a girl barely got up and said, it's not ready, it's scheduled for 11:30, respecting the time, I stayed in town waiting, when it was 11:15 I called to ask if they were ready, and the answer was "the boy who does the stamp didn't come today", lack of professionalism, I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible experience. I canceled it, and I'm going to look for a place that really does the job with excellence.
