★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a loja não me agradou, infelizmente, pois é perto de casa. O aparelho de vinil voltou pior do que quando deixei. Então devolvi e ficou um tempão pra arrumar. Agora funciona, mas não ficou 100% (não desliga ao final do disco), como deveria ser. O monitor do pc que deixei nesse meio tempo até desisti de arrumar. Aí para minha surpresa, ao buscar o monitor, me disseram que já estava arrumado, sendo que não havia autorizado o orçamento.
 My experience with the store did not please me, unfortunately, because it is close to home. The vinyl set came back worse than when I left it. So I gave it back and it took a while to fix it. Now it works, but it did not stay 100% (not off at the end of the disc), as it should be. The monitor of the pc that I left in the meantime I even gave up ordering. Then to my surprise, when I got the monitor, I was told that it was already tidy, and had not authorized the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso avaliar o serviço, pois deixei uma TV para consertar no dia 12/03 e a mesma foi retirada dia 30/05 do mesmo jeito que entrou. Já em relação ao atendimento, o que posso afirmar é que a Eletrônica é ótima em enrolar. Pra eu retirar a TV, mesmo sem consertar, e receber o valor pago em garantia de volta,... Ufa!!! Foi um parto. Sem contar que demonstraram total desprezo pela situação. Do tipo "tanto faz". Minha recomendação??? Se puderem, não passem nem na porta.
I can not evaluate the service because I left a TV to repair on 03/03 and it was removed on 05/30 the same way it came in. In relation to the service, what I can say is that the Electronics is great at enrolling. For me to remove the TV, even without repair, and receive the amount paid as a guarantee back, ... Phew !!! It was a birth. Not to mention that they showed total contempt for the situation. The "whatever" type. My recommendation ??? If you can, do not even come in the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa duvidosa depois de 30 dias meu aparelho ficando lá não me ligava não fazia nada se eu não ligasse não me dava uma satisfação eu liguei o técnico me informou que ela iria ficar pronta na semana seguinte depois eu liguei de volta para saber se poderia pegar me informaram que a TV não tinha mais conserto sendo que o técnico havia me ligado e dizendo que estava que ia dar certo e a TV veio não consertaram e piorou o problema porque quando eu levei ela acendia o standy by e agora não acende nem o standy by mais não recomendo a ninguém.
Doubtful company after 30 days my device staying there wouldn't call me it didn't do anything if I didn't call it didn't give me satisfaction I called the technician informed me that it would be ready the following week then I called back to see if he could pick me up they informed that the TV was beyond repair and the technician had called me and said that it was going to work and the TV came they did not fix it and the problem worsened because when I took it in it turned on the standby by and now it does not even turn on the standby by but I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei o conserto de uma LG smart que estava com a tela tôda azul. O reparo foi feito e esse problema foi sanado. Mas, estranhamente, não testam o aparelho antes da retirada alegando não ter sinal . Como assim? Em casa é que fui conferir. E notei que ficou uma faixa de sombra na lateral direita do display . Questionada sôbre esse detalhe me informaram que não tem nada a ver com o problema inicial. Isso me deixou em dúvida quanto à qualidade dos serviços dessa empresa.
I repaired an LG smart that had a blue screen. The repair has been made and this issue has been fixed. But, strangely, they do not test the device before the withdrawal claiming to have no signal. As well? At home I went to check it out. And I noticed that there was a shadow band on the right side of the display. When asked about this detail, I was informed that it has nothing to do with the initial problem. This left me in doubt about the quality of the services of this company.
