A loja é toda moderna mas o sistema de pagamento é arcaico. Fiquei um tempão na fila pra pagar e acabei desistindo da compra. O próprio vendedor poderia fechar a conta, como na Schutz.
The store is all modern but the payment system is archaic. I was in line for a long time to pay and ended up giving up on the purchase. The seller himself could close the account, as at Schutz.

Péssima! Eles usam a barganha de troca para fazer vendas e quando o produto da defeito e toda uma burocracia para fazer a troca. Obs: Liguei antes no ponto de venda e tirei todas as dúvidas sobre minha troca e falaram que era só ir lá e quando cheguei outra coisa foi colocada em prática e ainda não trocaram.
Awful! They use the exchange bargain to make sales and when the product is defective and a whole bureaucracy to make the exchange. Note: I called the point of sale beforehand and asked all questions about my exchange and they said I just had to go there and when I arrived something else was put into practice and they still haven't exchanged.

Hoje eu e meu filho Anjo Azul ( Autista ) fomos na loja iPlace - Diamond Mall e fomos bem tratados e muito, nós atendeu um excelente profissional chamado Helbert atencioso, tranquilo todo tempo deu todo suporte que a gente precisava com as configurações do meu iPhone 11 , recuperou meu i cloud , consegui ter de volta o grupo de Autismo que eu sigo graças a Deus e ao Helbert . Continue assim Helbert humilde , educado com empatia com os clientes tenho certeza que a IPlace vai te dar o reconhecimento que você merece e vou enviar mais clientes para você porque seu tratamento é diferenciado eu e meu filho ficamos muito feliz.
Today my son Anjo Azul (Autistic) and I went to the iPlace store - Diamond Mall and we were treated very well, we attended an excellent professional called Helbert attentive, calm all the time he gave all the support we needed with the settings of my iPhone 11 , recovered my i cloud , I managed to get back the Autism group that I follow thanks to God and to Helbert . Keep it up Helbert humble, polite with empathy with customers I'm sure IPlace will give you the recognition you deserve and I'll send more customers to you because your treatment is different, my son and I are very happy.

Bom, aquela boa e velha experiência de ser tratado mal pelo vendedor. Cheguei na loja, pra ver os AirPods Pro e um iPhone 13 Pro Max. 10 minutos para me atenderem… eu só olhando os produtos. Até que EU tive que abordar um dos vendedores, eu estava de roupa normal, chinelo (até pq dress code em shopping não tem sentido). Enfim, fui tratado com descaso, no fim comprei o Pro Max, um Apple Watch 7 e um Beats Studio Buds online, que além de mais barato, não deu comissão. É aquela história, o que vejo de gente indo toda arrumada e não levando nada mas sendo bem tratada é algo surreal, aí eu chego de roupa confortável, estilo passeio de tarde com intuito de levar um kit, porque o feeling de ia pegar o produto na mão e ver do que esperar a entrega é boa, perderam uma boa comissão.
Well, that good old-fashioned experience of being treated badly by the salesperson. Until I had to approach one of the sellers, I was wearing normal clothes, flip-flops (even because dress code in shopping is meaningless). Anyway, I was treated with disregard, in the end I bought the Pro Max, an Apple Watch 7 and a Beats Studio Buds online, which besides being cheaper, didn't give a commission. It's that story, what I see of people going all dressed up and not taking anything but being well treated is something surreal, then I arrive in comfortable clothes, afternoon walk style with the intention of taking a kit, because the feeling of going to get the product in hand and see what to expect the delivery is good, lost a good commission.

Não atende o telefone de forma alguma, já liguei várias vezes mas sem sucesso, complicado contato com a loja. Preciso comprar e estou impossibilitado de efetuar a compra do telefone.
