★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um massageador, o cara com ignorância que parecia ser o tal baiano disse que tava cheio de tv e que não ia nem olhar pra ver se era um fio solto, prontamente mandando ir a feira dos Estados procurar alguém que concerte ventilador pq segundo o mesmo ventilador e massageador é a mesma coisa. Lembrando se fosse problema no motor ok, mas se tratando de um produto tbm eletrônico poderia ter sido aberto e testado os componentes elétricos, vim pelas avaliações, sai do Bessa até aqui pra nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa eletrônica deixou de prestar assistência a diversos produtos, possivelmente pela dificuldade atual em adquirir peças de reposição, ou pelo fato da indústria produzir hoje muitos aparelhos descartáveis, cujo conserto não compensa financeiramente nem para o proprietário nem para a assistência técnica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém , leve meu televisão lá pra fazer um orçamento , depois de alguns dias quando cheguei lá eles tinham concertado sem me passar orçamento, daí eu falei que não queria que estava muito caro aí eles levaram a tv lá pra dentro e eu não sei o que foi feito só sei que levei em outro lugar e não teve mais jeito, deu perca toral
