★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito fraco salvo o de um rapaz que estava lá na mesa Daniel SK, os demais não filtram que chegou primeiro preferem atender via telefone e ignorando a presença do cliente local, os demais atendentes precisam melhorar a postura de atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e pior culpam sempre 9 fabricante. Trocaram 3 peças e ainda sim não funcionou meu refrigerador Brastemp com menos de 1 ano de uso. Atendimento precário via telefone. Estou acionando os órgãos competentes de proteção a nós consumidores.
Bad experience and worse always blame 9 manufacturer. They exchanged 3 pieces and my Brastemp refrigerator with less than 1 year of use still didn't work. Poor service via phone. I'm calling the competent bodies to protect us consumers.

Local only serves technical assistance, if you need a technician to repair out of warranty then you have to look for another company, because they do not meet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo atendimento, não resolvem nada e além de errolar ficam com o aparelho e pedem 72 horas p retorno pegam seu contato,e assim deixei uma semana o aparelho, se eu não ligasse ficaria lá e ainda se vc deixar lá te fazem assinar um termo caso vc não recolha logo o aparelho cobram 10 por dia caso vc não fique atento e busque logo o aparelho, PIOR LOJA DE PALMAS!!!
Não indico a ninguém, FIQUEM ATENDO A ESSE ESTABELECIMENTO.
A bad service, they don't solve anything and besides making mistakes they keep the device and ask for 72 hours to return they get your contact, and so I left the device for a week, if I didn't call I would stay there and even if you leave it there they make you sign a term if you don't pick up the device right away they charge 10 per day if you don't pay attention and get the device right away, WORST STORE IN PALMAS!!!
I do not recommend it to anyone, STAY ATTENTION TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
