Porém aconteceu de informarem para voltar em alguns minutos para finalizar um conserto que já haviam informado estar pronto (aparentemente por engano), quando voltei ficou fechado o local por mais de 1h em horário comercial. Abriu depois que fui embora após esperar muito, outros dois clientes também aguardavam e acabaram desistindo de esperar. Como sugestão de melhora: se necessitarem se ausentar, ao menos deixem uma placa avisando o horário de retorno.
Repair OK. However, it happened to inform me to come back in a few minutes to finalize a repair that had already been reported ready (apparently by mistake), when I returned it was closed the place for more than 1h in business hours. It opened after I left after a long wait, two other customers were also waiting and ended up giving up waiting. As a suggestion of improvement: if they need to be absent, at least leave a sign advising the time of return.
