★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaram o meu aparelho de tv ainda com defeito. Paguei por um serviço que voltou com defeito! Retornei com o aparelho e o atendimento está sendo péssimo, não me dão prazo e nenhum outro tipo de satisfação sobre o meu aparelho!
I was handed my TV set, which was still defective. I paid for a service that came back defective! I returned with the device and the service has been terrible, they don't give me a deadline and no other kind of satisfaction about my device!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos nosso Home theater 3 vezes lá no período de 1 mês e toda vez voltava com o mesmo defeito que o técnico disse ter consertado. Na 4ª vez ele disse q não tinha jeito e devolveram o dinheiro. Agora o aparelho está apresentando outro defeito q não tinha, não liga e qndo liga desliga do nada! Incompententes!!!
We took our home theater there 3 times in a 1 month period and each time it came back with the same defect that the technician said he had fixed. The 4th time he said there was no way and they returned the money. Now the device is showing another defect that it didn't have, it doesn't turn on and when it turns on it turns off out of nowhere! Incompetents!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Achei esta empresa na Internet. Foram rapidos para vir buscar minha TV LG 49' que estava com defeito (tela preta) e para cobrar R$ 150,00 de taxa de visita. O problema foi depois. Me ligaram 24h depois para cobrar R$ 800,00 pelo conserto. Achei caro. Aceitaram fazer por R$ 750,00. Continuei achando caro. Liguei para outras empresas de conserto para ter uma ideia e logo na primeira me disseram que cobravam R$ 490,00. Recuperei minha TV e levei para a outra. Ainda assim acharam correto ficar com os R$ 150,00. Não recomendo. Não são atitudes de gente profissional e que respeita o cliente.
10/12/21: E so para completar, confirmo que ja recuperei ha uns dias minha TV na outra assistencia e que ela foi super bem consertada e bem rapido (e com toda transparencia pois abriram ela na minha frente para me mostrar onde estava o problema). E que ainda me deram 6 meses de garantia. Ou seja, podem procurar que tem assistencia com preço/qualidade muito melhor do que esta JM.
I do not recommend. I found this company on the Internet. They were quick to pick up my LG 49' TV that was defective (black screen) and to charge R$ 150.00 visiting fee. The problem was later. They called me 24 hours later to charge R$ 800.00 for the repair. I found it expensive. They agreed to do it for R$ 750.00. I continued to find it expensive. I called other repair companies to get an idea and the first time they told me they charged R$490.00. I retrieved my TV and took it to the other one. Even so, they thought it was correct to keep the R$ 150.00. I do not recommend. These are not attitudes of professional people who respect the customer.
12/10/21: And just to complete, I confirm that I have already recovered my TV a few days ago in the other watch and that it was super well fixed and very fast (and with all transparency because they opened it in front of me to show me where the problem). And they even gave me a 6 month warranty. That is, they can look for assistance with price/quality much better than this JM.
