★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito fraco o atendimento e o telefone não funciona de jeito nenhum ninguém atende obrigando agente ir lá e ouvir:"não o telefone funciona normalmente" quer dizer que agente perde um tempão no telefone porque gostamos de ficar pendurado ouvindo a secretária eletrônica. Absurdo.
Very weak the service and the phone does not work no way no one answers forcing agent to go there and listen: "no phone normally works" means that agent loses a long time on the phone because we like to stay hanging listening to the answering machine. Absurd.

Funcionários grosseiros e despreparados. Não cumprem horários estabelecidos. Depois de desaperecerem por 15 dias, me ligaram passando um orçamento. Quando chegaram para fazer a manutenção quiseram me cobrar mais. A Electrolux, que tem ótimos produtos, se queima de obrigar o cliente a usar essa pseudo "empresa". Porque é a ÚNICA opção se vc quiser acionar a garantia!
