★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Educação é importante quando se tem um comércio, comprei um cabo que prometia suportar 10A, ao usar ele com 6A o cabo começou a esquentar muito a ponto de começar a derreter, ao reclamar fui mal tratado via telefone atendente jogando na minha cara que não sou técnico para falar do produto só tenho 7 anos na área de infraestrutura de servidores e hoje tenho uma empresa com 1500 clientes ativos más isto não importa eu poderia ser um leigo no assunto ainda assim não justificaria a forma que fui tratado.
Education is important when you have a business, I bought a cable that promised to support 10A, when I used it with 6A, the cable started to heat up so much that it started to melt, when I complained I was treated badly via the telephone attendant throwing in my face that I'm not technical to talk about the product I only have 7 years in the area of server infrastructure and today I have a company with 1500 active clients but it doesn't matter I could be a layman on the subject still wouldn't justify the way I was treated.
