★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não fiquei satisfeita com o serviço prestado nessa loja. Comunicação péssima pelo whatsapp, péssima pelo telefone. Perdi meu tempo levando meu computador lá. Inicialmente me informaram que tinha que realizar primeiro o conserto antes de passar orçamento, depois que reclamei passou-se uma semana sem orçamento e quando novamente reclamei disseram que não tinha conserto, nem proporam trocar placa nem nada. A pessoa que me atendeu não soube me dizer o que estava de errado e nao permitiu que eu falasse com o técnico. Não recomendo.
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the service provided in that store. Bad communication by whatsapp, terrible by phone. I wasted my time taking my computer there. Initially I was informed that I had to carry out the repair first before spending budget, after I complained, a week went by without budget and when I complained again they said that there was no repair, neither proposed to change the plate or anything. The person who answered me did not know what was wrong and did not allow me to speak to the technician. I do not recommend.
