★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São caríssimos e os considero desonestos. Pedi para eles me venderem o cristal piezoelétrico do inalador porque sei fazer a troca. Venderiam a peça mas cobrariam o valor equivalente ao conserto e sem garantia. Ou seja, 90 reais por uma peça que na distribuidora custa 3. Pesquisem outros lugares porque esse aí explora mesmo.
They are very expensive and I consider them dishonest. I asked them to sell me the piezoelectric crystal in the inhaler because I know how to make the switch. They would sell the part but charge the equivalent amount of the repair and without warranty. In other words, 90 reais for a piece that the distributor costs 3. Search other places because this one really explores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 30/03/22 levei um aparelho de som portátil Britânia que não funcionava a atendente informou que demoraria 3 dias, recebi um Whatsapp me informando o valor do conserto de R$160,00 achei muito caro pois tem aparelho similar que custa em média R$ 220,00,pois bem fui retirar o aparelho e como num passo de magica ele volto a funcionar.
Fiquei inconformado pelo valor do orçamento, será que haveria necessidade de ser cobrado um valor tão elevado.
NÃO RECOMENDO
On 03/30/22 I took a Britânia portable stereo that didn't work, the attendant informed that it would take 3 days, I received a whatsapp informing me of the cost of the repair of R$160.00 I found it very expensive because it has a similar device that costs on average R$ 220.00, well I went to remove the device and like a magic step it works again.
I was not satisfied with the value of the budget, would there be a need to be charged such a high amount.
