★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei uma tv 42 polegadas lg e o Sr Marcos diagnosticou como a placa principal sendo o problema levei a mesma em um tecnico de confiança em sp abriu a tv na minha frente e a fonte estava com defeito sendo assim nao teria como o Sr Marcos diagnosticar a placa principal.. Resultado: o sr Marcos teria que falar que o problema era a placa principal + fonte ou foi trocada minha fonte boa por uma com defeito ou o problema era só a fonte e foi trocada a placa principal boa por uma com defeito..uma suspeita muito forte de ter agido com má fé.. não indico a ninguém
I took a 42 inch lg tv and Mr Marcos diagnosed it as the main board being the problem I took it in a trusted technician in sp he opened the tv in front of me and the source was defective so there would be no way for Mr Marcos to diagnose the main board .. Result: Mr. Marcos would have to say that the problem was the main board + font or my good font was replaced by a defective one or the problem was only the font and the good main board was replaced by a defective one. .a very strong suspicion of having acted in bad faith .. I do not indicate to anyone

No caso em questão todos tem direito a segunda opinião, poderia sim ter problemas na placa da fonte? sim poderia ninguém é perfeito. mas no caso se tivesse aprovado o conserto com certeza iria sair funcionando perfeitamente.
Erros as vezes nos cometemos mas quem é perfeito?
não agi de má fé. e nen forcei a aprovar o conserto todos clientes tem o direito a livre escolha
