Lá vc encontra advogados, imobiliárias, cabeleireiros, manicure, etc.
Tem uma pequena praça de alimentação com 3 quiosques, um com comida japonesa de qualidade, o outro é uma petiscaria que serve café da manhã e almoço e o outro é mais pra drinks.
O espaço é bem limpo e os banheiros sempre impecáveis.
