A moça que me atendeu, me explicou tudo com detalhes e sem pressa.
Como é uma loja autorizada pela marca, fez o pedido diretamente do fabricante.
O prazo era de 15 dias para à chegada, mas para minha alegria, chegou bem antes do previsto.
Ligaram para mim, fui até à loja, testaram o equipamento, me orientaram sobre cuidados e a maneira correta de usa-lo, além de uma boa garantia.
Sobre preços, digo que são justos, pela qualidade e o nome que à marca possui no mercado mundial.
Por isso, sem sombra de dúvida, recomendo esse estabelecimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada profissional e nem trocam chips compram placas de terceiros da china e quando se trata de garantia nao querem cobrir o defeito por vício de produto ; o propriétário e cheio de "nó pelas costas" muito cheio de frescuras até no atendimento sao péssimoa muita demora no serviço ...sinceramente nao recomendo essa assistencia técnica pra ninguém péssima em atendimento . se o produto custa 300 reais cobram 800.00 pra consertar . não dão nem nota fiscal de serviço e negam cupom fiscal no caso de compra de componente avulso nessa loja
Nothing professional nor exchange chips buy third party boards from china and when it comes to warranty they do not want to cover the defect due to product addiction; the owner is full of "knots in the back" very full of frills even in the service they are terrible and very slow in the service ... I honestly do not recommend this technical assistance to anyone terrible in service. if the product costs 300 reais, they charge 800.00 to fix it. do not even give service invoice and deny tax coupon in case of purchase of a single component in this store
