★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi péssima. Levei minha TV 32 Samsung que estava com a tela preta. Não cumpriram 1 único prazo como combinado. Fiz 4 viagens ao local e liguei diversas vezes para saber o orçamento, da última vez disseram que já solicitaram o material e que já iria fazer o conserto, isso sem minha autorização. O orçamento foi extremamente caro. Depois me ligaram e disse que já estava pronto, porém mais uma vez não autorizei, quando fui receber minha TV, ela está consertada mesmo eu não autorizando, solicitei que me devolvessem a TV como entreguei... disseram que removeram a placa, porém não confiei, além disso devolveram minha TV com avarias. Não recomendo em hipótese nenhuma o local, não cumprem prazos, não dão satisfação ao cliente, ignoram o que o cliente deseja e não cuidam com zelo do material do cliente.

The budget was extremely expensive. Then they called me and said it was ready, but once again I did not authorize it, when I went to receive my TV, it is fixed even though I did not authorize it, I asked them to return the TV to me as I delivered ... they said they removed the plate, but no I trusted, in addition they returned my TV with malfunctions. I do not recommend the place under any circumstances, do not meet deadlines, do not give satisfaction to the customer, ignore what the customer wants and do not care for the customer's material with zeal.

Enquanto seu aparelho estive lá, conseguir falar com eles vai ser quase impossível, eles não atendem o telefone mesmo, o que inclusive já vi presencialmente, eles realmente só não atendem os telefonemas. Quando atendiam disseram que o orçamento não estava feito ainda e quando um dia disseram que estava feito, também disseram que já tinha sido feito o conserto da tv sem nem ter me consultado. Até ai tudo bem, cheguei lá pra pegar o aparelho e ambos os dois problemas que a tv apresentava continuavam a aparecer. Tive um desconto na hora do pagamento mas nada que fizesse valer a pena a experiência. Não resolveram o problema, cobraram caro, só parcelam em duas vezes e não te atendem. Não levem equipamentos lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma tv há três meses e sequer a encontravam. Fui ao local 11 vezes e, apenas hoje, consegui pegar a tv sem conserto.
Descaso total. A tv ainda veio arranhada.
I left a TV three months ago and they couldn't even find it. I went to the place 11 times and just today I was able to get the tv without repair.
Total neglect. The tv still came scratched.
