Não fez questão de ajudar ou tentar resolver o problema, só pq estava na garantia.
Um lixo de empresa.
Um conselho aos próximos clientes: PROCUREM OUTRA ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA.
Se depender de mim não entra mais nenhum cliente nessa "loja".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma Air frair para trocar algumas peças e limpeza pois é de uso constante e tinha bastante gordura. Fizeram o serviço da reposição de peças e a limpeza interna. Pra minha decepção o cesto de fritura que uma simples limpeza já faria a grande diferença me disseram que não estava incluído. Ou seja água e detergente faria a diferença. Lamentável.
I took an Air frair to change some parts and cleaning because it is in constant use and had a lot of fat. They did the service of spare parts and internal cleaning. To my disappointment the frying basket that a simple cleaning would make a big difference told me that it was not included. In other words, water and detergent would make a difference. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A eletrônica é bem conceituada, ambiente limpo e espaçoso. Eu particularmente não tive muita sorte nesta eletrônica. Levei um cd player antigo para conserto. Por ser antigo, não existia mais peça original e colocaram uma alternativa, não deram garantia e a mesma durou menos de 1 mês. Acho que poderiam avisar que a peça era de má qualidade e que não duraria nada.
The electronics are reputable, clean and spacious environment. I wasn't particularly lucky on this electronics. I took an old cd player for repair. As it is old, there was no longer an original part and they placed an alternative, they did not give a guarantee and it lasted less than 1 month. I think they could warn that the piece was of poor quality and that it wouldn't last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuem os produtos para venda, mas por telefone passam valores errados. Pessoalmente dizem que não fazem trocas, mesmo sendo esse um direito garantido ao cliente pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Loja quente e vendedor pouco simpático.
They have the products for sale, but the wrong values are passed over the phone. They personally say that they do not exchange, even though this is a right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code. Hot store and little friendly seller.
