★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nas duas ocasiões em que precisei dos serviços, minhas expectativas não foram atendidas.
No primeiro caso, recebi um orçamento de um serviço que supostamente exigiria a troca da tela de uma TV LCD. O preço era equivalente ao de uma TV nova. Procurei outra loja e o serviço, a troca da placa de vídeo, foi executado pelo equivalente a 10% do orçamento inicial. Hoje fiquei sabendo na loja que a Sony não prevê a troca apenas da placa de vídeo, por isso a necessidade da troca da tela e o valor alto do orçamento. Apesar disso, o televisor está funcionando há cerca de 5 anos sem problemas.
No segundo caso, deixei um aparelho de subwoofer para orçamento. Passados 15 dias, fui retirar o equipamento sem nem ter recebido o orçamento. Na loja, fui informado que por ter sido comprado no exterior, é necessário solicitar o manual do equipamento e eventualmente importar a peça necessária. A loja nunca entrou em contato para informar, por isso retirei o subwoofer antes mesmo de ter um orçamento.

Today I learned in the store that Sony does not provide for the exchange of just the video card, so the need to change the screen and the high budget. Despite this, the TV has been working for about 5 years without problems.
In the second case, I left a subwoofer device for budget. After 15 days, I went to remove the equipment without even receiving the budget. At the store, I was informed that because it was purchased abroad, it is necessary to request the equipment manual and eventually import the necessary part. The store never contacted to inform, so I removed the subwoofer before I even had a budget.
