Solicitei o cancelamento da compra, que de acordo com o artigo 18 do código do consumidor, tenho direito, mas a loja recusou. Agora tenho um celular quebrado, pago à vista e terei que comprar outro. Pague 2 e leve 1...bem assim. Ignorou completamente minha reclamação no procon, não compareceu à audiência, não se manifestou de forma alguma. Nos vemos na justiça.
