★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho, fui levar um caixa de som AMVOX, ficou 1 mês pra arrumar no primeiro uso já deu o msm problema, não sei se são eles lá que arrumam ou levam pra fabrica, mas de qualquer modo tudo péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto foi consertado, porém o atendimento é péssimo. O senhor idoso que fica na loja (dono?) é completamente sem noção. Deixam um aviso na porta de que só pode entrar um cliente por vez, por conta do covid, e em seguida deixam um outro cara entrar e não falam nada. Aí quando meu pai foi entrar, o tiozinho mandou ele sair e ainda fez cara feia. Quando falei que era meu pai ele ficou sem graça. Como eu cheguei antes o correto era só entrar eu e meu pai, não o outro rapaz que chegou depois. Enfim, sem noçao.
Fez piadas e comentários sem nexo, falando um monte de abobrinha. O cara acha que está nos anos 90, totalmente despreparado para prestar um atendimento de qualidade. No dia em que fui estavam três funcionários lá, uma moça no computador e um rapaz que era o técnico, força aos dois por que o senhorzinho é muito desagradável. Me senti num bar. Triste.
The product was fixed, but the service is terrible. The elderly man who stays in the store (owner?) is completely clueless. They leave a notice on the door that only one customer can enter at a time, because of the covid, and then they let another guy in and say nothing. Then when my father went in, his uncle told him to leave and still made a face. When I said it was my father he was embarrassed. As I arrived before, the only correct thing was to enter me and my father, not the other boy who arrived later. Anyway, no notion.
He made jokes and nonsense comments, talking a lot of zucchini. The guy thinks he's in the 90s, totally unprepared to provide quality care. The day I went there were three employees there, a girl at the computer and a guy who was the technician, force them both because the little gentleman is very unpleasant. I felt like I was in a bar. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 28/01 por volta das 14:15 fui até a assistência Technics laser para levar um aspirador robô da marca Multilaser para concerto, para minha desagradável surpresa assim que parei meu carro em frente a assistência, uma moça já saiu pela janela e já veio gritando desse jeito ( não trabalhamos mais com essa marca Multilaser ) eu a comprimentei moça boa tarde tudo bem? Mesmo assim ela não respondeu meus comprimentos, Para tentar quebrar o gelo ,moral da história eu super entendo a decisão da empresa não trabalha mais com a tal marca mensiomada, mais nunca fui tão mal atendido em toda vida ....
Today, 01/28, at around 2:15 pm I went to Technics laser assistance to take a Multilaser robot vacuum cleaner for a repair, to my unpleasant surprise as soon as I stopped my car in front of the assistance, a girl already left the window and already came screaming like that (we don't work with this brand Multilaser anymore) I greeted her good afternoon, how are you? Even so, she didn't answer my compliments, To try to break the ice, moral of the story I really understand the company's decision not to work with the mentioned brand anymore, but I've never been so poorly attended in my entire life....

Se precisar de uma assistência técnica que presta um bom atendimento este é o lugar, com certeza recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha caixa de som aí dia 27/04 e até agora falam que não chegou a peça e que está no Prozo espero que entreguem no prazo mas estou desapontada até com a Amvox minha caixa som só tem 4 mês de uso e já deu esse problema isso pq paguei caro na caixa ?
I left my speaker there on the 27/04 and so far they say that the part has not arrived and that it is in Prozo I hope they deliver on time but I am disappointed even with Amvox my speaker has only been used for 4 months and has already had this problem That's because I paid dearly at the box ?
