★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o contato telefônico fui atendido com muita educação pelo proprietário. Tinha um problema de vaporização em uma cafeteira e mandei a eles. Já estava quase desistindo da máquina e realizaram uma limpeza. No hora de retirar, não foi cobrado pelo serviço. Em um mercado cheio de pessoas querendo ganhar dinheiro em cima da falta de noção técnicas sobre produtos, eles foram no sentido inverso, realizaram um serviço que se utiliza mão de obra e não me cobraram. Recomendo muito!!!
 Since the telephone contact, I was treated very politely by the owner. I had a problem with vaporization in a coffee maker and I sent it to them. I was about to give up on the machine and they cleaned it up. At pick-up time, he was not charged for the service. I highly recommend it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonesto. Levamos um microondas e uma cafeteira 3 corações para consertar. Achamos muito caro e não fizemos o trabalho. Contactamos a assistencia da cafeteria 3 corações e para nossa surpresa o serviço não era cobrado, mas havia um cadastro em nome da assistencia técnica Panter para o conserto. Eles iam mandar consertar em nosso nome e cobrar da gente R$ 160,00. Perderam oportunidade de trabalhar honestamente, pois somos empresa e temos muitas coisas para consertar. Por causa de empresas assim o Brasil não vai prá frente!
Dishonest. We took a microwave and a 3 hearts coffeemaker to fix. We found it too expensive and didn't do the job. We contacted the 3 hearts cafeteria support and to our surprise the service was not charged, but there was a registration in the name of Panter technical support for the repair. They were going to have it fixed on our behalf and charge us R$160.00. They lost the opportunity to work honestly, as we are a company and we have many things to fix. Because of companies like that, Brazil will not go ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei dois microondas pra consertar, no mesmo dia me passaram orçamento, no dia seguinte estava pronto, ótimo valor, excelente atendimento, super recomendo, levei outro microondas de um parente pra arrumar. Gostei muito.
I took two microwaves to fix it, on the same day they gave me a quote, the next day it was ready, great value, excellent service, I highly recommend it, I took another microwave from a relative to fix it. Really enjoyed.

Eu perguntando pra mulher se ficava no socorro pra saber se estava ligando no lugar certo e a mulher me cortando perguntando qual o produto, sem paciência..
Veja certinho quem fica no telefone, esse primeiro contato é mto importante.

Além de consertarem oq pedi, fizeram mais dois reparos, duas melhorias no aparelho sem cobrar. Ainda perguntaram se eu queria que fizessem essa melhoria, não mexem no aparelho sem o aval do dono.
Muito bom, recomendo.
