★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho já algum tempo e nunca tive problemas, sempre sou bem atendido. Consigo atendimento pelo whatsapp, aplicativo, telefone até Facebook. Estão com uma oferta ótima de velocidade em dobro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, efetuei o pagamento da fatura antes do vencimento e mesmo assim eles reduziram a velocidade, NUNCA vi um suporte não conseguir resolver o problema.
Poor service, I paid the bill before it was due and even so they slowed down, I NEVER saw a support unable to solve the problem.

Antes o problema sempre foi meu roteador (como eles diziam) paguei 400 reais por um novo e agora o problema é a fibra, que se rompe por qualquer coisa. PELO MENOS 1 vez por semana ficamos sem internet por HORAS, sem nenhuma satisfação do que aconteceu e quando vamos reclamar via telefone ou WhatsApp os atendentes são despreparados e nos tratam feito lixo, como se o serviço fosse de graça! A anos e simplesmente nada melhora, nem serviço de atendimento é muito menos melhora de qualidade de internet. É só abrir o reclame aqui e ver as reclamações, onde são todas iguais! Infelizmente, não recomendo!!!
Internet spends more time not working than working.
Before the problem was always my router (as they said) I paid 400 reais for a new one and now the problem is the fiber, which breaks for anything. AT LEAST 1 time a week we are without internet for HOURS, without any satisfaction about what happened and when we complain via phone or WhatsApp the attendants are unprepared and treat us like garbage, as if the service was free! Years ago and simply nothing improved, not even customer service is much less an improvement in internet quality. Just open the claim here and see the claims, where they are all the same! Unfortunately, I don't recommend it!!!

I don't recommend even the worst enemy bad internet service and bad administration and customer service, not to mention that they don't respect anything what the consumer code says, just a headache!!!
