One for the license plate and one for the lighthouse. The little boy started with the license plate first, he barely saw it and already suggested opening the trunk lid cover from the inside!! Knowing that hardly an automaker would create so much bureaucracy to change a license plate light bulb, I told him that it wasn't there, and it didn't make sense to have to open the lid cover. Yet he insisted. He called a more knowledgeable man on the subject who looked and said the same thing, that it was inside, that there was no way to remove the lamp from the outside, he showed me in various ways that there was no way to remove the lamp from the outside, he said this with sure. I wanted to tell him that an automaker would never do such a thing, but that's the thing, he's the professional who changes light bulbs every day, I'm just a lay consumer on the subject, I kept quiet. I took the car manual while they broke through the plastic cover by prying it open, at the risk of breaking, for free. I found in the manual that the lamp was changed for OUT, in that they had already managed to open the lamp cover from the outside and changed the lamp, that is, they opened the trunk cover for nothing, at the risk of breaking and at no time did they admit it. something like: “yeah… you were right, it was on the outside”, beauty, light bulb changed and cover back fitted. Now comes the lighthouse. This car has a lot of technology and doesn't turn on the light at night, only during the day, and as it was inside the garage, the car understood that it was night and didn't turn on the light. And I didn't know that either, because I got the car a week ago. The little guy kind of doubting my word for not seeing the burned out bulb with his own eyes, he was not willing to change the bulb, so I told him to take the bulb out and test it, in that I tried to turn on the light and I didn't follow him removing the lamp. Until he said that the lamp was NOT burned out, I thought it was strange, because I knew it was burned out, I said: ok, then just put it back. When I closely followed him putting it back, I noticed a loose bulb inside the lighthouse, I cut it up: you dropped the bulb in here, right? He tried to look surprised as if he didn't know what I was talking about, but it was clear that he dropped the light bulb inside the lighthouse, even so he didn't take the blame and even suggested removing the lighthouse to take the light bulb out, it's the end of the world ! Don't assume the mistake and still charge for it. I said I took the lamp out myself. When I got home, with great difficulty, I removed the loose bulb, it was visibly burned out. What happened then? he dropped the burnt out bulb inside and put a new one in the socket saying it wasn't burnt out.
