★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha estava matriculada nessa creche mas, desde o primeiro dia fui tratada com grosseiria pela coordenadora e presenciei ela sendo estúpida com outra mãe também . Em apenas 2 semanas de aula a minha bebê foi barrada no portão 2 vezes pela coordenadora sem uma justificativa aceitável. Não me senti mais segura em deixar minha filha nesse lugar e pedi transferência.
My daughter was enrolled in this nursery, but from day one I was rudely treated by the coordinator and I witnessed her being stupid with another mother as well. In just 2 weeks of school my baby was stopped at the gate twice by the coordinator without an acceptable excuse. I no longer felt safe leaving my daughter in this place and asked for a transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações são ótimas. Tudo organizado e limpo. Porém tive uma experiência bem ruim na introdução do meu filho. A professora não estava muito disposta a criar vínculo com ele e nem com os demais alunos da sala dela, passou boa parte do tempo interagindo com crianças de outra turma. A diretora foi extremamente grosseira comigo, eu estava na sala de aula pois meu filho gritava desesperadamente e elas orientaram que ficassemos com ele. Mas ela disse que se ele não parasse de chorar eu poderia levar ele embora, de maneira totalmente grosseira. Além da adaptação da criança, era um momento de adaptação dos pais. Um dos portões fica na Av Braz Leme, que é super movimentada. O portão é aberto diversas vezes para entrada de carros para entrega de materiais/alimentos e a área de brincar das crianças é no mesmo espaço. Qualquer criança pode correr em direção a av.
Infelizmente o local é feito também pelas pessoas que estão nele e eu tive dois dias bem infelizes com as professoras e diretora.
The facilities are great. Everything organized and clean. However, I had a very bad experience introducing my son. The teacher was not very willing to bond with him or with the other students in her class, she spent much of her time interacting with children from another class. The principal was extremely rude to me, I was in the classroom because my son was screaming desperately and they told us to stay with him. But she said if he didn't stop crying I could take him away, totally rude. In addition to the child's adaptation, it was a time for parents to adapt. One of the gates is on Av Braz Leme, which is super busy. The gate is opened several times for the entry of cars to deliver materials/food and the children's play area is in the same space. Any child can run towards Av.
Unfortunately the place is also made by the people who are in it and I had two very unhappy days with the teachers and director.
