★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse posto é um dos piores da zona norte!!! Não tem médicos, não tem cardiologista e nem te encaminham para outro local. Fiz um Eletro e fiquei sem avaliação, o exame venceu e vou ter que refazer!!!Telefone não atendem!!! Fui encaminhada para avaliação com nutricionista urgente e a mesma está de licença maternidade e vai demorar uns 6 meses para voltar, enquanto isso fico sem atendimento. Preciso tomar a vacina e não consigo cardiologista e nem remédio para pressão, a atendente ainda foi irônica comigo, um absurdo!!!
Fora que o lugar parece a casa da família Adams...O Posto está muito acabado.
 This post is one of the worst in the North Zone!!! There are no doctors, no cardiologist, nor are you referred to another location. I did an Electro and I was without evaluation, the exam won and I will have to retake !!! Phone does not answer !!! I was referred to an urgent nutritionist for evaluation and she is on maternity leave and it will take about 6 months to return, meanwhile I remain unattended. I need to take the vaccine and I can't get a cardiologist or medication for blood pressure, the attendant was even ironic with me, absurd!!!
Besides, the place looks like the home of the Adams family ... The Post is very finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUI TOMAR A 3° DOSE DA VACINA CONTRA O COVID 19, E A ATENDENTE QUE FICA NO COMPUTADOR ANTES DA APLICAÇÃO, DISSE QUE EU NAO PODERIA TOMAR LÁ, PQ A 1°DOSE EU TOMEI NA UBS CARANDIRU. QUESTIONEI SE ISSO SÓ SE APLICAVA ALI, POIS VC PODE TOMAR EM QUALQUER UBS, ATE PQ O IMPORTANTE É TOMAR A VACINA. ENTAO ELA ME DISSE QUE É DEVIDO AO SISTEMA PQ SE EU TOMASSE LA NAO CONSTARIA QUE EU TERIA TOMADO.
ENTAO FUI ATE O CARANDIRU E RELATEI PARA A ATENDENTE DE LÁ, O OCORRIDO
POIS LA NA UBS DO CARANDIRU ME EXPLICARAM QUE NA UBS DA BRAZ LEME NAO QUISERAM ME APLICAR, PQ SIMPLESMENTE NAO QUIS. E QUE SIM PODERIA TER ME APLICADO.
Detalhe:VC TEM QUE IR ATE A FACULDADE PROXIMA PARA TOMAR A VACINA,. ELAS NAO TRABALHAM COM NO MÍNIMO RESPEITO.
I WENT TO TAKE THE 3rd DOSE OF THE VACCINE AGAINST COVID 19, AND THE ATTENDANT WHO STAYS ON THE COMPUTER BEFORE THE APPLICATION SAID I COULDN'T TAKE IT THERE, BECAUSE THE 1st DOSE I DID AT UBS CARANDIRU. I ASKED IF THIS ONLY APPLIED THERE, BECAUSE YOU CAN TAKE IT AT ANY UBS, EVEN BECAUSE THE IMPORTANT IS TO TAKE THE VACCINE. THEN SHE TOLD ME IT'S DUE TO THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IF I TAKEN IT IT WOULDN'T BE REPORTED THAT I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT.
SO I WENT TO CARANDIRU AND REPORTED TO THE ATTENDANT THERE, WHAT OCCURRED
THEN AT UBS DO CARANDIRU THEY EXPLAINED TO ME THAT AT UBS DA BRAZ LEME THEY DIDN'T WANT TO APPLY, BECAUSE THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT. AND THAT YES IT COULD HAVE APPLIED ME.
Detail: YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE NEXT COLLEGE TO GET THE VACCINE. THEY DON'T WORK WITH THE MINIMUM RESPECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários de mau humor o tempo todo. Foram 3 idas ao local. Em todas, por mais que tentei ser gentil, a resposta ou a falta dela foi bem seca. Galera! Vcs lindam com público. Melhorem!
Staff in a bad mood all the time. There were 3 trips to the site. In all of them, as much as I tried to be kind, the response or lack of it was pretty dry. Guys! You guys are beautiful with the public. Get better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trágica, pois ali nunca marcam consulta. Sempre tem uma desculpa. A agenda está sempre fechada. Eles mandam voltar na segunda feira, a gente volta pra ouvir a mesma desculpa: ainda não abriu. É a pior UBS da Zona Norte.
Tragic, because they never make an appointment there. There's always an excuse. The agenda is always closed. They send it back on Monday, we come back to hear the same excuse: it hasn't opened yet. It is the worst UBS in the North Zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHEGUEI NO LOCAL PARA VACINA COVID-19 18:15, FIQUEI ESERANDO POR DEZ MINUTOS SER ATENDIDO E NO FINAL ME MANDARAM RETONAR NO DIA SEGUINTE PORQUE PARA VACINAR ERA SOMENTE ATE AS 18HS , SENDO QUE O HORÁRIO DO POSTO É ATÉ AS 19:00HS. "ESSE É O REFLEXO DA FALTA DE RESPEITO POR PARTE DE ALGUNS AGENTES DE SAÚDE, QUE NÃO ESTÃO NEM AÍ.. ESSE TIPO DE GENTE TINHA QUE SER (DEMITIDO) PRA APRENDER A TER MAIS CONSIDERAÇÃO E RESPEITO POR UM CIDADÃO!
Obs: Não é a toa que a avaliação desse posto é tão baixa e a secretaria responsável não faz nada.
I ARRIVED AT THE PLACE TO VACCINATE COVID-19 at 6:15 pm, I WAS WAITING FOR TEN MINUTES TO BE ATTENDED AND IN THE END THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE TO VACCINATE IT WAS ONLY UNTIL 6:00 PM, BECAUSE THE OFFICE HAS BEEN UNTIL 7:00 PM. "THIS IS THE REFLECTION OF THE LACK OF RESPECT ON THE PART OF SOME HEALTHCARE AGENTS, WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT IT.. THESE KIND OF PEOPLE SHOULD BE (FIRMED) TO LEARN TO HAVE MORE CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT FOR A CITIZEN!
Note: It is no wonder that the evaluation of this post is so low and the responsible secretariat does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando procuramos atendimento num posto de saúde é para termos acesso ao médico. Se o médico acha que não é covid, tudo bem, do contrário, ele encaminharia pra onde fosse necessário. Péssimo atendimento do rapaz da recepção, que quis conduzir o atendimento ao paciente como se estivesse em um banco.
When we seek care at a health center, it is to have access to the doctor. If the doctor thinks it's not covid, that's fine, otherwise, he would refer you where necessary. Bad service from the guy at the reception, who wanted to conduct patient care as if he were in a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma gerência sem empatia com o próximo, onde a questão é discutir os porquês e não solucionar problemas, ginecologista senhora sem educação e sem paciência com as pacientes, todos reclamam da mesma e nada acontece, a gerência falou pra mim ela é concursada....ahhh que bom a décadas atrás só se for...e isso leva ela a tratar as pacientes com estupidez e palavras rispidas fazendo caras e bocas...lamentável isso acontecer..infelizmente ninguém vai fazer nada.
O funcionário Rafael que marca exames ele é estúpido e mal educado, pensa que é o gerente e não tem empatia nem humildade.
Que pena pois existem funcionários excelentes nesse estabelecimento.

The employee Rafael who schedules exams is stupid and rude, he thinks he is the manager and has no empathy or humility.
What a pity as there are excellent staff at this establishment.
