★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou agora na espera para arrumar meu celular, mais quero deixar claro a falta de educação, ignorância de parte de um dos atendentes (não sei o nome dele, se ele é técnico, dono, ou atendente) bom esse cara muito ignorante nem viu o celular direito já foi afirmando que o celular foi aberto e eu reafirmando que não foi, e ele persistindo com uma tal ignorância da parte dele, achei isso desnecessário, Obrigado atendente "Mafra" pelo ótimo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acho que a assistência deve agir com mais seriedade com seus clientes, levei meu celular para trocar a bateria, quando fui informando pelo atendente que eu tinha que deixar o celular, quando retornei para pegar fui informado que a placa estava danificada kkkkk , hoje comprei uma bateria e esta funcionando normalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu lg g3 la para trocar o conector de carga ai me disseram que tinha que trocar a placa mae tambem e que sairia por 420 reais, como não tinha o dinheiro para fazer o reparo levei o celular embora.E pra minha surpresa o celular nao durou um dia e ja deu tela azul e nunca mais ligou, sendo que ele funcionava de boa só tinha um mal contato no conector.Parece que o técnico que por sinal é bem ruim fez essa sacanagem de proposito comigo porque não quiz arrumar o celular.Péssima loja,não indico pra ninguem e a atendente a tal de talita realmente é uma m**** como disseram em outro comentario ai não sabe atender o público.Vou dar um jeito de consertar eu mesmo o celular porque não se pode confiar em ningué mais hoje em dia, nem na própria autorizada.

Comprei em dezembro um LG K11 + ( Anti-Impacto), o mesmo nunca teve um desempenho bom referente a bateria, e na primeira queda algo em torno de 30cm de altura tricou a tela (ou seja nada tem de anti-impacto). Com o passar do tempo o desempenho da bateria foi piorando vertiginosamente até parar de vez em 3 messes de ultilização.
Levei na assistencia tecnica Elite Celulares no centro de osasco, me solicitaram o prazo de 5 dias, ao ligar hoje me informaram que só é autorizada a troca da bateria arrumando a tela,
Agora me pergunto o que tem haver bateria com tela trincada ?
Bem por hora sigo sem celular esperando uma solução, pois o celular que comprei como anti-impacto não é anti-impacto, apresenta serio problemas com a bateria e mesmo não tendo nada haver um problema com outro tive a garantia negada.

I bought in December a LG K11 + (Anti-Impact), the same never had a good performance concerning the battery, and in the first drop something around 30cm in height knit the screen (or have nothing of anti-impact). Over time the performance of the battery has deteriorated vertiginously until it stops once in 3 months of use.
I took in the technical assistance Elite Cell phones in the center of osasco, they asked me the deadline of 5 days, when calling today I was informed that only the change of the battery is allowed to rearrange the screen,
Now I wonder what there is to be a screened battery?
Well per hour I still have no cell phone waiting for a solution, because the phone I bought as anti-impact is not anti-impact, it presents serious problems with the battery and even though nothing has been a problem with another I had the warranty denied.

Tratam bem o cliente e se um dia algum aparelho meu quebrar de novo com certeza vou sair de São Paulo e ir até Osasco para arrumar pois o serviço dos caras é muito bom!
