O cara sem compromisso nenhum, marquei com ele pra levar o notebook no dia X e ele não estava no horário combinado não tinha ninguém pra me atender loja fechada em plena semana, tive que ir outro dia. Demorou 1 mês e meio pra tentar arrumar meu notebook não conseguiu, não respondia minhas mensagens a respeito do notebook super desatencioso. Ficou enrolando com meu notebook e não deixava eu buscar pra levar em outro lugar, quando fui buscar o notebook, perderam minha capa e meu carregador. Tivemos que esperar muito tempo o menino achar as coisas pois estava tudo bagunçado no local. Desorganização, falta de atenção com o cliente e demora. Decepção total !
Horrible experience, I went to this company for the great reviews I saw here but I was disappointed. The guy without any commitment, I made an appointment with him to take the notebook on the X day and he wasn't at the agreed time, there was no one to serve me, the store closed in the middle of the week, I had to go another day. It took 1 month and a half to try to fix my notebook, he couldn't, he didn't answer my messages about the super inattentive notebook. He kept messing with my notebook and wouldn't let me get it to take it elsewhere, when I went to get the notebook, they lost my cover and my charger. We had to wait a long time for the boy to find the things because everything was messed up in the place. Disorganization, lack of attention to the customer and delay. Total disappointment!
