Great service, reliable place because I didn't trust anywhere to clean my game until I took it to Elite Games, I already took 2 controls to fix it and the game to clean and change the thermal paste, they are working perfectly, I recommend !!!

Levei dois controles xbox one para reparo, lá me informaram que o orçamento é em torno de 2 dias!! Li vários comentários que arrumavam na hora mas não é bem assim. Ok a maioria das assistências tem um prazo de orçamento. O preço passado só para eu ter uma ideia ( só uma estimativa ) foi praticamente igual das outras , até aí também ok , mas o que mais me assustou foi a garantia. 30 dias!!! Todas as assistências são 3 meses de garantia pela peça trocada. Gastar mais de 100 reais para arrumar um analógico e ter 30 dias e se quebrar você paga de novo??? Infelizmente prazo e preço ficam bem próximos dos demais mas a garantia é ridícula.
I went for the reviews and for living close to the address, it didn't go as well as I expected.
I took two xbox one controllers for repair, there they informed me that the budget is around 2 days!! I read several comments that fixed it on time but it's not quite like that. Okay most assistance has a budget deadline. The price given just to give you an idea (just an estimate) was practically the same as the others, so far also ok, but what scared me the most was the warranty. 30 days!!! All assistance is covered by a 3-month warranty for the replaced part. Spend more than 100 reais to get an analog and have 30 days and if it breaks you pay again??? Unfortunately term and price are very close to the others but the warranty is ridiculous.
