★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca comprem nada nessa empresa, péssimo atendimento. Comprei uma base box para cama e após mais de duas semanas de atraso, mesmo eu entrando em contato e a empresa sempre me enrolando, resolvi cancelar e agora após um mês do cancelamento não consegui meu estorno de 600 reais.
 Never buy anything from this company, lousy service. I bought a bed base box and after more than two weeks of delay, even though I got in touch and the company was always messing with me, I decided to cancel and now after a month of cancellation I couldn't get my refund of 600 reais.

Compramos um box baú casal há mais de um mês, atrasaram, depois disseram que seria dia 12.05 e até agora não entregaram.
Não atendem o telefone, já ligamos diversas vezes e passamos mais de 15 minutos na espera e não atendem, também já enviamos diversas mensagens por wapp e não respondem.
PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO E FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO!

Vou receber meu produto nem que eu tenha que ir na loja e chamar a polícia! O aviso está dado. Isso é roubo, e lugar de bandido é na cadeia

A entrega estava marcada para o dia 7 de janeiro, fiquei o dia todo em casa, perdi dia de serviço e o produto não chegou. A empresa não atende telefone e não atualiza os dados na transportadora. Total falta de respeito com consumidor. Não comprem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama box baú solteiro em abril, estava pra me entregar em 15 dias, e estou até hj aguardando, comprei pelo site da americanas, eles tem 48hrs pra resp o chat e não responde nada com nada, sempre um vou "verificar com a transportadora", "iremos verificar oque acnteceu" e nada, nisso o tempo esta passando, meu filho esta dormindo no chão, como já passei pra eles e não estão nem ai para o cliente, fora q comprei na msm compra um colchão solteiro, chegou depois do prazo e veio errado, falaram q iriam trocar em 30 dias, passou-se o prazo e até agora Nada! Enfim, não caiam nessa furada, só dor de cabeça, maior arrependimento.

Comprei um kit de colchão e cama box, só chegou a cama, entregaram em.19/03 e no status da loja, comprei pela Americanas, consta que eu recebi o produto.
Nem Americanas e nem a SP Móveis dão satisfação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ou eles fazem correndo para despachar um monte ou os montadores são péssimos a ponto de nem calcular as dimensões, a primeira vez o box veio rasgado na borda pq estava com uma espécie de pontas pra fora pq nem clipam direito, quando fecha, a base e o baú ficam desalinhados, ai pedi pra trocar, a segunda veio com os pistões mais fracos que n seguravam nem travesseiros, troquei outra vez e veio com detalhes rasgados novamente por causa das pontas soltas e um dos pistões fracos...acho q só o que gastaram de gasolina pra vir aqui fazer as trocas já vale o preço que paguei no box, parece brincadeira! Mas dou uma ressalva ao vendedor, o cara foi super atencioso desde a venda até os pedidos de troca, é uma pena q trabalhem pra essa empresa q não tem o mínimo de consideração com o cliente!! FUJAM dessa cilada.
