★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a escola pelo google, não conhecia, fui atendido prontamente pelo Pablo da unidade de Copacaba, que se deslocou até a unidade Niterói para me explicar a metodologia do curso, foi super solícito! Um atendimento impecável, infelizmente por estar em outro curso não pude fechar o negócio agora, mas tenho certeza que daqui a três meses quando terminar meu curso atual, vou procurar o Pablo e a Elite Musical! Quero uma foto com asas no meu perfil!

Bom atendimento, ótimos professores....passado um ano desde quando comecei meus estudos, minha situação atual é de total descontentamento com a empresa. TROCA SUCESSIVA de professores, falta de comunicação clara com os alunos e na hora que você quer sair do curso, você começa uma peregrinação (tenho pelo menos duas pessoas que estão saindo assim como eu e estão numa luta...dificultam tudo! É formulário que você tem que preencher mas eles não tem na unidade, pessoa responsável por assinar que nunca está lá para assinar...etc)
Tentam de cobrar até o que eles não ofertaram. Um verdadeiro absurdo! NÃO RECOMENDO.

It's form that you have to fill in but they don’t have the unit, the person responsible for signing who is never there to sign ... etc)
They try to charge even what they didn't offer. A real nonsense! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início é tudo ótimo, parecem ser serios e te tratam muito bem. Mas logo se ve que são uma escolinha medíocre como qualquer outra que nao tem respoito por seus funcionários e clientes.
Alem do material extremamente caro e desnecessário (sério nao comprem o material deles é jogar dinheiro fora) tem uma mudança de professores sem aviso prévio.
Leam o contrato inteiro pois é cheio de burocracia que torna sair do elite muito caro e complicado, eu deixei bem claro que precisaria sair no meio, e me deixaram claro que seria tranquilo, mas nao foi, tive problemas com comunicação com eles, e taxas absurdas isso tudo eles nem levaram em conta a situação de pandemia, so queriam o dinheiro mesmo.
Ate o professor nao é tratado de devida maneira, demitiram meu professor sem avisar ele e depois mudaram meu professor eu nao tenho opção.
Por fim, um colegio de musica nao profissional e muito mal administrado
