O vendedor Romário foi quem fez o primeiro contato onde fechamos o serviço, acompanhou o serviço nos dando respaldo nas horas necessárias.
Em resumo, indico tanto pela qualidade do produto quando pelo custo benefício.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria agradecer a Elite Planejados e ao Gerente Kamis pela ótima experiência na compra dos nossos móveis planejados da Cozinha e Home da Sala, eu e minha esposa fomos muito bem atendidos na loja pelo Kamis desde o início nos deu todo o auxílio e nos explicou com clareza o projeto, o tempo de entrega dos móveis foi conforme o combinado e a equipe de montagem foi nota 10 também a rapaziada fez o serviço com excelência, super indico a loja e com certeza irei voltar para novos projetos futuros.
I would like to thank Elite Planned and Manager Kamis for the great experience in buying our planned furniture for the Kitchen and Home in the Living Room, my wife and I were very well attended at the store by Kamis from the beginning, he gave us all the help and explained it clearly the project, the delivery time of the furniture was as agreed and the assembly team was a 10 also the guys did the service with excellence, I highly recommend the store and I will definitely come back for new future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo conhecemos a Elite atraves de indicações de um grupo no facebook de reformas e afins. Entramos no instagran e gostamos muito do trabalho. Então marcamos uma visita e desde o primeiro dia fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos pelo Romário. Fizemos um projeto de cozinha completa e cantinho home office. Romário nos deu liberdade total para decidir cor, estilo de puxador, textura do material, etc. A negociação quanto a forma de pagamento também foi bem flexível, o que nos deu segurança e tranquilidade para fechar o negócio, mesmo não tendo trabalhado com a empresa anteriormente.
Fechamos o projeto aproximadamente no final de Fevereiro, e as datas em que foram estipuladas para entrega foram cumpridas, e também pedimos uma atenção especial para a montagem e eles prontamente no mesmo dia, já me retornaram dizendo que incluiriam minha montagem para a mesma semana, devido minha urgencia.
Amei tudo desde o inicio rs a cordialidade de todos os envolvidos, a paciência e a firmeza nas respostas. Inclusive, depois de um mês da entrega tive uma pequena questão com a dobradiça do guarda roupa, e logo no dia seguinte já me atenderam ♥ Ou seja, não tem como não admirar uma politica assim rs Obrigada a todos, indico de olhos fechados.
My fiance and I met the Elite through indications from a facebook group about reforms and the like. We joined instagran and enjoyed the work a lot. So we scheduled a visit and from day one we were very well received and attended to by Romário. We did a project for a complete kitchen and home office corner. Romário gave us total freedom to decide color, handle style, material texture, etc. The negotiation regarding the payment method was also very flexible, which gave us security and peace of mind to close the deal, even though we had not worked with the company before.
We closed the project around the end of February, and the dates they were stipulated for delivery were met, and we also asked for special attention to the assembly and they promptly returned to me saying that they would include my assembly for the same week, because of my urgency.
I loved everything from the beginning rs the warmth of everyone involved, the patience and firmness in the answers. After a month of delivery, I even had a small issue with the wardrobe hinge, and the next day I was already taken care of ♥ In other words, you can't help but admire a policy like this lol Thank you all, I indicate with my eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, se não quiserem ficar frustrados com os móveis adquiridos não comprem com a Elite, entrega de péssima qualidade, nas medidas, nos cortes, na montagem e nos acabamentos, muitas coisas questionei durante a execução mas tudo foi dito que era normal, portanto esse é o padrão deles. Minha cozinha ficou muito feia, qualquer um que vem no meu apartamento percebe a falta de qualidade e até comenta, tem porta que ficou menor que o armário, deixando na lateral dela uma fresta muito grande, outras portas ficaram desalinhadas, o armário ficou maior do que deveria, depois que desmontaram para cortar e montaram novamente deixaram a lateral torta, e na parte de cima ficou um retângulo branco porque usaram massinha branca em cima da cor cinza, inclusive usam massinha para fechar todas as diferenças que dão nas medidas dos móveis e disfarçar alguns dos vãos nas junções das madeiras, depois que seca cai uma parte dela e as frestas reaparecem. Segue algumas fotos da minha cozinha, e detalhe, levaram 3 meses para finalizar a montagem para um resultado desses.
I don't recommend it, if you don't want to be frustrated with the furniture purchased, don't buy from Elite, delivery of poor quality, in measurements, cuts, assembly and finishes, I questioned many things during execution but everything was said to be normal, so this is their default. My kitchen has become very ugly, anyone who comes to my apartment notices the lack of quality and even comments, there is a door that was smaller than the cabinet, leaving a very large gap on the side, other doors were misaligned, the cabinet was bigger than the that it should, after they disassembled to cut and reassembled it, they left the side crooked, and on the top there was a white rectangle because they used white clay on top of the gray color, they even use putty to close all the differences that occur in the measurements of the furniture and to disguise some of the gaps in the joints of the wood, after it dries a part of it falls and the cracks reappear. Here are some photos of my kitchen, and detail, it took 3 months to finish the assembly for such a result.
