Comprei um móvel de mais de 4 mil reais, e os moços que vieram instalar disseram: " veja se tem algum problema pq se voltarmos iremos cobrar". Ai pensei como indentificar um problema na hora ?, dito e feito tinha dois problemas e eles voltaram duas vezes! E a gerente de má vontade reclamando; dizendo: " só seu lote deu problema". Parece que fizeram um favor pra gente, eles tem que estudar marketing, pra aprender como fidelizar um cliente. NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM NEM VOLTO A COMPRAR LÁ!
BAD AFTER SALE, horrible.
I bought a furniture of more than 4 thousand reais, and the boys who came to install said: "see if there is a problem because if we come back we will charge". Then I thought how to identify a problem on time?, Said and done had two problems and they came back twice! And the manager grudgingly complaining; saying, "only your lot has a problem". Looks like they did us a favor, they have to study marketing to learn how to build customer loyalty. I DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE OR BUY THERE AGAIN!
