★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido no iFood eram 22:00 fiquei ate 2:00 esperando, aí dei nota baixa pra eles e ainda não aceitaram minha avaliação, falaram que o motoboy tinha tocado o interfone e que eles tinham me ligado, quando na verdade ninguém tocou o interfone muito menos me ligaram , mandei um chat nem isso responderam, agora vir dizer que me atitude é lamentável, me poupem, lamentável a atitude de vocês , não entregaram e ainda mentem .
I ordered at iFood it was 22:00 I stayed until 2:00 waiting, then I gave them a low grade and they still didn't accept my assessment, they said that the motoboy had touched the intercom and that they had called me, when in fact no one touched the much less call me, I sent a chat nor did they answer, now come and say that my attitude is unfortunate, save me, your attitude is unfortunate, they didn't deliver and still lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. O atendimento não foi bom, (não me forneceram nem uma sacola plástica para levar os lanches e os atendentes estavam bem ocupados usando o celular) e os lanches não estavam saborosos (pão muito ressecado, batatas murchas). Uma pena.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. The service was not good, (they didn't even provide me with a plastic bag to take the snacks and the attendants were very busy using their cell phones) and the snacks were not tasty (very dry bread, wilted potatoes). A feather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ só de saber que o pedido da 99 food foi de dois x-tudo e A gente ainda tem que acrescentar como que tem aqui de casa para o negócio ficar bom demonstra muito bem como o sanduíche é... eles tem sorte que a 99 não tem classificação de estrelas porque senão eu daria uma com certeza como eu tô fazendo aqui... até um sanduíche do McDonald's com o mesmo preço consegue ser maior do que esse... De x-tudo não tem nada.
just to know that the order for 99 food was two x-everything and we still have to add how it is here at home for the business to be good, it demonstrates very well how the sandwich is ... they are lucky that 99 does not it has a star rating because otherwise I would give one for sure as I'm doing here ... even a McDonald's sandwich with the same price can be bigger than this ... There is nothing in X-everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como já disseram aqui (parece algo comum de acontecer), hoje fiz um pedido que demorou pra sair pra entrega, e demorou pra chegar... Na realidade nem sequer veio. Reclamei e eles cancelaram, depois de 1h de espera. Desrespeitoso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo iFood nesse restaurante, pedi 3 itens e vieram 2. Isso sem contar que a loja fica a 1km da minha casa e demorou mais de 1h30 pra chegar. Na hora já mostrei pro entregador que tava incompleto o pedido e ele disse que era só eu mandar mensagem pra loja que me mandariam o item faltante. Entrei em contato com a loja e não me responderam! Entrei em contato com o suporte do iFood e nem eles conseguiram entrar em contato com a loja pra resolver a situação. O iFood então me deu o estorno do item faltante. Fiz uma avaliação negativa do restaurante no iFood descrevendo o que aconteceu e eles tiveram a coragem de dizer que eu agi com "má vontade", insinuando que eu estava mentindo sobre o que aconteceu. Pois agora fiz questão de fazer uma avaliação negativa no Google também e aqui posso postar os prints!!! Absurdo, meu pedido vem errado e ainda sou chamado de mentiroso. Primeira vez pra nunca mais e faço questão de não recomendar.
I placed an order for iFood in this restaurant, ordered 3 items and 2 came. Not to mention that the store is 1km from my house and it took more than 1h30 to arrive. At the time I already showed the delivery person that the order was incomplete and he said that I just had to send a message to the store and they would send me the missing item. I contacted the store and they didn't respond! I contacted iFood support and even they couldn't get in touch with the store to resolve the situation. iFood then gave me the chargeback of the missing item. I gave the restaurant a negative review on iFood describing what happened and they were brave enough to say that I acted "unwillingly", implying that I was lying about what happened. Because now I made a point of making a negative review on Google too and here I can post the prints!!! Absurd, my request is wrong and I'm still called a liar. First time and never again and I make a point of not recommending it.
