★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Uber Eats e na hora prevista do pedido chegar, a Hamburgueria do Marcinho cancelou o pedido. Não entendi, pois pelo App Uber Eats, faltavam 2 minutos pro entregador chegar na minha casa.
Hoje, dia 24/01/21, fiz outro pedido pelo Uber Eats. Liguei na Hamb. do Marcinho e avisei que precisava de troco pra R$ 100,00. A moça localizou meu pedido, falou que ia ajeitar tudo e para minha surpresa o motoboy chegou aqui sem troco. Pedido em nome de Dinara Cruz.
I placed an order for Uber Eats and at the estimated time of the order arriving, Hamburgueria do Marcinho canceled the order. I did not understand, because by the App Uber Eats, it was 2 minutes before the delivery man arrived at my house.
Today, 01/24/21, I placed another order for Uber Eats. I called Hamb. Marcinho and told him I needed change for R $ 100.00. The girl located my order, said she was going to fix everything and to my surprise the motoboy arrived here without change. Requested on behalf of Dinara Cruz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada. Sempre pedi lanches no Marcinho, porque de fato é uma delicia. Mas hoje, fiz um pedido via uber eats e alguns minutos depois sem saber meu marido tbm pediu o mesmo lanche. Dois minutos depois que ele viu que pedimos em duplicidade ligou para a lanchonete solicitando o cancelamento e informaram que o pedido já estava pronto e que nao podia mais cancelar. Sendo que tinha apenas 2 minutos que ele havia pedido. Quando o motoboy chegou aqui, explicou que ficou aguardando o meu pedido mais de 10 min no local. Ou seja, pegaram o meu pedido que fiz primeiro e colocaram pro pedido que meu marido fez para nao cancelar. Tanto que o que eu fiz primeiro chegou bem depois. Enfim, uma pena, perderam uma grande cliente que pedia lanches com frequencia e sempre indicava o local. Uma falta de respeito. Irei alertar a todos que conheço o ocorrido.
