Nos primeiros dias foi mais difícil pois querendo ou não é uma mudança de hábitos, trocando hábitos ruins por bons, mas com o tempo vc se acostuma e o difícil se torna fácil e o que era fácil antes como comer doces se torna difícil agora (agora fico enjoada com doces). O próprio corpo se acostuma com hábitos saudáveis e vira rotina, a perda de peso fica bem natural e saudável.
