Trabalhei 3 anos com a Embalarte até a minha recente demissão como cliente. A empresa alegou "dificuldade de comunicação" no último projeto juntos. O que eu encaro como inabilidade de ler desenho técnico - o que exigia muitas explicações e anotações.
Me entregaram caixas tortas, mal acabadas. Alegaram que a minha escolha de tecido não era boa - apesar do projeto especificar uso de papel.
Obviamente culparam a cliente pelo erro. E mesmo que assim fosse eu poderia usar as caixas, se não estivesse tão mau feitas. (Vide fotos)
Honrando a história de 3 anos trabalhando juntos resolvi pedir a refação e dei mais de 3 semanas de prazo. Liguei para confirmar a data de buscar as peças. Qual não foi a minha surpresa quando me avisam que não fariam minhas embalagens bem na véspera da entrega do meu projeto? Tiveram quase 1 mês para me comunicar isso, mas deixaram para o dia da entrega.
Lack of professionalism and commitment.
I worked for 3 years with Embalarte until my recent resignation as a client. The company claimed "communication difficulties" in the last project together. What I see as an inability to read technical drawings - which required many explanations and notes.
They gave me crooked, badly finished boxes. They claimed that my choice of fabric was not good - despite the project specifying use of paper.
They obviously blamed the client for the error. And even if that were the case I could use the boxes, if it wasn't so badly made. (See photos)
Honoring the history of 3 years working together I decided to ask for refraction and gave more than 3 weeks of deadline. I called to confirm the date of picking up the parts. What was my surprise when I was told that I would not do my packaging right the day before my project was delivered? They had almost 1 month to communicate this to me, but they left it until the delivery day.
