★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles me entregaram o vestido numa sacola comum, sujo, com a barra toda torta, cheia de carrapicho, com varias costuras abrindo. E se ofenderam quando fiz os questionamentos sobre. Tem um péssimo atendimento, por parte dos funcionários e também dos proprietários, que são totalmente arrogantes e mal educados.

No dia do evento quando fui vestir o vestido me dei conta que não fizeram ajuste nenhum!
Tive que ir para o evento com o vestido todo folgado!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, um atendimento ruim, roupa de péssima qualidade, loja desorganizada, não fiquei satisfeita com a loja. Fala que abre 8:00 horas quado chegei lá as meninas estava limpando a loja, muita bagunça..... péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, diz que abre as 8 horas, mas não atende esse horário, cheguei lá para fazer os ajustes do meu vestido as 8:10 da manhã e as funcionárias ainda estavam limpando a loja, melhor colocar que abre 9 horas já que 8 horas ainda estão limpando a loja. Sem falar que no dia que peguei o vestido fizeram o ajuste totalmente errado, o vestido ficou todo apertado em mim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, por parte dos funcionários, fui fechar meu vestido de noiva e a atendente só me tirava de tempo, na hora de falar os preços a pressão para fechar é terrível, minhas madrinhas também foram lá, todas mal tratadas, mostraram só vestidos feios e de promoção, acredito eu por achar que não teriam condições de pagar, (tenho certeza disso pois vi outros vestidos lá, e tinham bonitos nas cores indicadas).Outra situação foi dizer que umas manchinhas nas costas da minha madrinha era ¨Grude¨, Sem noção nenhuma.
Uma pena, porque uma loja antiga em conquista, e não entendeu que o atendimento ruim é um péssimo marketing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, os funcionários super arrogantes e desorganizados, não sabem atender um cliente, são totalmente sem foco. Querem falar desaforos, mas não querem escutar! Vestidos de péssima qualidade, trabalho muito mau feito! Sem compromisso nenhum com o cliente.
Ainda bem que elas não depende de indicações, pois iriam falir e fechar! Lugar péssimo, não indico, sem profissionalismo algum.
Terrible service, super arrogant and disorganized employees, they don't know how to serve a customer, they are totally unfocused. They want to talk insults, but they don't want to listen! Terrible dresses, very poor job done! No commitment to the customer.
Good thing they don't depend on indications, as they would go bankrupt and close! Terrible place, I don't recommend it, without any professionalism.
