Hoje tive uma discução aos berros com a dona/administradora, sei lá, só por causa de uma carta de cancelamento que eu fui solicitar, aí começaram a me enrolar, isso pq eu já tinha solicitado essa carta duas vezes antes, e datalhe, a um mês atrás, paro o Wilson, que eu também não sei qual o cargo dele. Enfim, a tal "administradora" bateu palma e mexeu o ombrinho, veio querer gritar comigo, justo eu? A dona do barraco!! E outra, aprendam que o cliente tem sempre a razão. Chamei a polícia e em 10 minutos no maximo a carta ficou pronta. Só uma dica, arrume recepcionistas com os dentes em perfeita condições!
PS: Pra conseguir clientes ele são super educados, porém, quando o caso é desistência eles perdem o rebolado.
Terrible! Today I had a screaming argument with the owner / administrator, I don't know, just because of a cancellation letter that I went to request, then they started messing me up, because I had already asked for this letter twice before, and tell me, a month ago, I stopped Wilson, who I also don't know what his position is. Anyway, that "administrator" clapped her hands and moved her shoulder, came to want to yell at me, just me? The owner of the shack !! And another, learn that the customer is always right. I called the police and in 10 minutes at most the letter was ready. Just a tip, get receptionists with their teeth in perfect condition!
PS: To get customers they are super polite, however, when the case is giving up they lose the hype.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha fez um curso de maquiagem profissional e ganhou um Workshop de extensão de cílios, foi tudo muito lindo a Flavia super atenciosa assinei o contrato, minha filha concluiu o curso em julho , enrolaram para dar o diploma dela, tive que ir até a escola pra cobrar, e o workshop tbm não teve, cobrei várias vezes falaram que iam marcam e nada , pois vendem e não cumpre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então fiz o curso , mais já tinha uma experiência porque se não tivesse não tinha saído nem um pouco profissional primeiro nem modelo a escola tinha e ficávamos batendo papo na sala de aula no lugar de estar aprendendo uma decepção ,se tivesse feito um curso de 1 dia tinha aprendido muito mais e teria pagado bem mais barato ?
